Initial Discovery.
Once you enquire with us, a member of the team would pick up your enquiry.
We’ll then reach out as part of initial discovery, so we’d want to discuss with you your objectives, are you looking at improving user experience, conversion, retention etc.
Once we understand what you are looking for and more about your brand / offering, we then will put together a proposal covering what we think your business needs along with costs / planned work roadmap.
Tool Setup & Data Collection.
Once you are onboarded as a client, we’ll establish what tracking you have set up i.e. GA4 / Matomo / Adobe Analytics, we’ll also look at any heatmapping / click tracking tools that are currently set up.
