  • Multi-Channel Marketer (Lead Generation Specialist)

    About the role

    We are seeking an experienced Multi-Channel Marketer with a strong background in SEO, PPC, and Paid Social Lead Generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, setting up lead funnels, optimizing for maximum ROI, and tracking lead conversions effectively. We need someone who can hit the ground running, execute effective campaigns, and drive high-quality leads for our agency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation Strategy – Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on attracting and converting potential clients.
    • PPC & Paid Social Media – Set up and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels to drive high-intent leads.
    • SEO & Content Marketing Support – Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid and organic strategies for optimal results.
    • Landing Page Optimization – Create and optimize landing pages to improve lead conversion rates.
    • Value Proposition Development – Design compelling messaging and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
    • Lead Funnel Development – Implement lead funnels and automation workflows to nurture leads through the conversion journey.
    • Analytics & Performance Tracking – Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
    • A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization – Run experiments to refine ads, landing pages, and email sequences for better conversion rates.
    • Marketing Automation – Leverage tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms to streamline lead nurturing.
    • International Marketing Focus – Develop strategies tailored to diverse global markets.

    What skills you need

    • Proven track record in PPC, Paid Social, and Lead Generation.
    • Strong experience in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
    • Ability to create and optimize landing pages and lead funnels.
    • Deep understanding of lead tracking, attribution, and ROI analysis.
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
    • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to execute without heavy supervision.
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
    • Experience in international lead generation and marketing strategies is a plus.

  • SEO Lead – Full Time, Remote

    £38,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

    About the role

    We need an SEO Lead to join Assertive Media. You will work across brands in the UK, Europe, and the Americas. We operate on a hybrid or fully remote working model for the right candidate.

    This role reports to the Strategy Director. You will implement SEO processes and deliver growth in organic traffic and search visibility across a portfolio of brands.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research opportunities for organic search growth and provide actionable insights to the client and Assertive’s wider team.
    • To support the Strategy Director and Head of SEO on new client pitches and proposals to win new business.
    • Focus on SEO performance reporting at the end of each month to highlight key growth opportunities, challenges, industry trends and news.
    • Lead bi-weekly or monthly calls with your handful of clients to walk them through your reporting updates and discuss upcoming tasks in the following weeks.
    • Regular updates with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and happiness.
    • Responsible for monitoring performance (daily) and raising any performance issues with a solution.
    • Use proprietary software, SEO Stack (which will provide full training).
    • Regular 90-day strategy performance reviews for clients to ensure we’re aligned with KPIs.
    • Keep pace with Google algorithm updates and refine best practices accordingly.
    • Be data-driven and continually look into search demand, topics and trends from various data sources.

    What skills you need

    • At least 3 years of experience working within the SEO industry, with a solid understanding of technical, content, links, and industry tools.
    • Skilled at using Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
    • In-depth knowledge of GA4 and GSC.
    • A passion for SEO and a comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices, including what it takes to create great content.
    • Strong understanding of search engines and how they work.
    • Spreadsheet skills to work with raw data and use the insights to present back to teams.
    • Proven ability to execute SEO campaigns from start to finish with minimal supervision.
