About Nely

Nely is Assertive Media's Outreach Manager and has worked with Daniel and the agency since 2016. With 10 years of link-building experience, she oversees outreach delivery across more than 50 international clients each month.

She manages and supports Assertive's link-building team, reviews the opportunities they find and makes sure each placement is suitable for the client.

Nely also manages client budgets, monitors campaign progress and resolves any issues that come up during the placement process. This can include delayed publications, incorrect links, pages not being indexed and replacement placements.

Although her role is now mainly focused on managing the team and campaigns, she still works directly on prospecting and negotiations for higher-profile clients and premium link opportunities.

Background

Nely's Background

After graduating from university in 2014, Nely briefly worked as an Admissions Officer at a college before joining Assertive Media in 2016.

When she first joined Assertive, she worked across the full link-building process. This included finding suitable websites, contacting publishers, negotiating prices, arranging content and payments and checking that links had gone live correctly.

As Assertive's client portfolio and outreach team grew, Nely moved into a more managerial role. She now oversees campaign delivery, supports link builders, manages budgets, and ensures that the opportunities sourced by the team meet the required standards.

Her hands-on experience means she understands every part of the outreach process and can step in when a campaign needs more specialist research, premium placements or direct negotiations.

SEO Strategies for Luxury Travel Brands

Affluent travellers face real decision fatigue when planning complex itineraries, and this fatigue pushes them toward highly structured queries instead: a full thought rather than a couple of keywords, something closer to "private Parisian townhouses with butler service" or "boutique hotels Amalfi Coast with private beach and concierge service."
