SEO Specialist & Marketing Specialist [Full-time]
We are looking for an SEO specialist who is experienced, enthusiastic, has drive and determination and can bring a wealth of experience to the table. The candidate must have a passion for SEO and all of the components of SEO from research, analysis and strategy formulation through to execution of a marketing strategy, brand development, link acquisition and domain benchmarking.
The candidate must be able to secure and maintain relationships with our clients by providing a high quality of work with a high level of attention to detail and a complete focus towards increasing the clients website and brand visibility.
The role will involve a lot of client management, reporting, strategy execution, on and off-site SEO, content marketing and outreach. There will also be an element of data analysis and correlation, a true understanding of website architecture and an understanding of Google’s algorithms / future update potential.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- • Client liaising and client management (Good communication skills required)
- • Research and competitor analysis for various industries / verticals
- • Keyword research and intent research for clients and potential clients
- • Preparing reports / site audits / proposals and strategies for clients & potential clients
- • Analyse websites for architecture, on-page/on-site utilisation, content and navigation structures and identify strong / weak points
- • Understand website intent and provide guidance on keyword utilisation and intent mapping
- • Utilise 3rd party tool data in the analysis and formulation of a strategy for compliant SEO
- • Implement / provide recommendations for white-hat SEO
- • Understand CTR / Long Click data and to be able to improve CTR rates for both SEO / PPC
- • Understand analytics data in full, identify website engagement issues / poor time on site / poor CTR rates
- • Learn about the clients product / service and marketplace and to make recommendations based on marketplace knowledge and competitor data to improve website engagement / product and or service sales / enquiries
- • Use data from Pay Per Click and Social Media to aid conversions / make adaptive strategy changes for keyword targeting
- • Report to clients and provide updates
- • Work with our internal copywriters / adwords managers / internal marketers to get data / request content
- • Increase client website rankings and visibility in an ethical manner
- • Report to director weekly
REQUIREMENTS:
- • At least 2-3 years’ worth of SEO experience (hands on)
- • Must have a fundamental understanding of white-hat SEO, Google Algorithms, Compliance
- • Must have good verbal and communication skills
- • An understanding of industry tools and products (analytics, WMT, Majestic, Moz, AHREFS, Spyfu)
- • Must be able to work hands on with clients and must manage clients effectively
- • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs & Preferably Dreamweaver
- • Must have an understanding of website CMS platforms (Wordpress / Magento etc)
- • Be able to create reports / audits with templates provided
- • Should have a full knowledge of on-site and off-site SEO
- • Should be up to date with Google / Marketing news
- • Have an understanding of integrated marketing (SEO with PPC, PPC with SEO)
- • Have the ability to identify conversion opportunities from PPC data for SEO / Vice Versa
- • Should be organised and be able to work with Google Calendar / CRM
- • Should understand best practices for SEO and potentially PPC

PPC Specialist & Account Manager [Part time Initially]
We are looking for a part-time PPC specialist to help with campaign management, new campaign setup, campaign diagnosis and campaign optimisation. The candidate must have hands on experiencing managing and optimising pay per click accounts and must have dealt with accounts with a total budget of at least £2000 per month.
The role will involve ongoing campaign maintenance for clients as well as looking for additional opportunities for our clients to gain further ROI / increased sales / enquiries and to negotiate spend requirements with a clear demonstration of value.
Within this role, the candidate will work with our Google Account Manager and Agency Partner to obtain insights data and to make additional campaign improvements based on research / insights and analytical data.
The candidate must be fully conversant within the Adwords platform and must have an understanding of campaign and adgroup structures (best practice), writing and testing ad text, improving quality scores, monitoring click through rates, focusing on conversion improvements, adjusting campaign spend, working with bidding strategies and more.
This role will initially be part-time with a view to making the candidate full-time within 6-12 months.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- • Manage existing PPC Campaigns
- • Improve & Optimise PPC Campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:
- • At least 2-3 years experience with Google Adwords
- • Managed at least 1 campaign with a spend of £2000 a month plus
- • Achieved good results for clients (more conversions / better CTR rates / Lower CPC)
- • Able to demonstrate on demand key factors that make a good PPC campaign
- • Able to analyse and make recommendations to the client
- • Able to implement agreed campaign / adgroup recommendations
- • Should understand best practices for PPC and potentially SEO
- • Should be able to extract useful data and provide to SEO specialists to act on i.e. converting keywords
- • Should be able to optimise existing campaigns and setup new campaigns from scratch
- • Should have an understanding of quality, relevance and structure for a campaign
- • Should be reliable, honest, hardworking and dedicated to delivering high quality work
