The design process is laid out using a structure that ensures time is used in the best possible way. This includes time saving by using a series of documents to draw out a design structure, which will begin with an initial consultation.
The design process involves face to face consultations, frequent communication and will require our documentation to be filled out for the design brief and specification.
We use a standard template to establish the requirements for the design template, how different sections will be displayed to the end user, and how the website will look overall. We adopt colour scheme selection, graphic style selection and general style attributes that will be used to style links, navigation and any dynamic form elements.
The design process begins very quickly, and will first begin with consultation. We will ask you to provide ideas, drafts and any other information that will aid the creation of the final draft template. Once the design is agreed, the website build goes ahead. Whilst the website is being built, it will be placed on a live test server for you to monitor as and when required.
The test server is protected by a login system, so you may access it as and when you please.
Once the design is underway, our designers will make frequent contact via phone or e-mail to keep you updated with the progression and expected completion date.
The design process will result in the schematics for a website being drafted before the website is built. The acceptance of the schematic will then prompt the go ahead for website design.
The design process is monitored daily by a team leader to ensure the smooth sailing of design progression. We provide a professional service and as a result, we are happy to make changes whilst the website build is in progress, providing the changes do not differ to much from the original accepted draft.
During the design and build, if your business has any problems with funding we are able to terminate the progression of further work without any additional charges or clauses.
